V. M. Denike Inc. was founded on the ideals of a determined woman named Valerie Denike.  Chartered Professional Accountant (CA), Valerie established our accounting firm to meet the demand of various mining businesses for quality tax preparation, tax provision and tax support services.

From Teaching to Accounting

After some time teaching in both private and public schools, Valerie discovered her passion for accounting.

  • Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education, Universitry of British Columbia

Personal Life

Valerie grew up in Vancouver and is currently living in North Vancouver with her two sons and various pets. During her time off, she makes wonderful sweet delights for her boys using the skills she learned from chocolate and pastry classes. An interesting piece of trivia about Valerie is that she toured with “Up With People” throughout the US and Western Europe in between pursuing her degrees.
